Megan Gale

Gale was a winner of a modeling competition in Perth aged 18. After several years of modelling, Gale rose to fame as she was selected for a role in a set of adverts for the Italian telecom company called Omnitel (now Vodafone Italy); she appeared in the advertisements of the company until 2006.She was also hired to the Australian Tourist Commission in 2003 as 'their face of Australia to Italy'. Gale's covers comprise of Australian Marie Claire, Grazia and Gioia. Italian and Australian GQ as well as Maxim. Australian InStyle. Gale is also featured in editorial pages of Australian Cosmopolitan, Vogue Italia as well as Australian Cosmopolitan. Gale has been a model for Italian designers, including Gianfranco Fere, Genny Gai Mattiolo, and Gianfranco Fere. Gai Mattiolo and also on the runways of Mariella Burani Angelo Marani, and Milan Fashion Week. Gale is a fan of many Australian designers such as Colette Dinnigan Kirrily Johnsonston, Lisa Ho and Alex Perry. She served as the fashion analyst for Australian television's Logies awards in the year 2006. In January of 2008, Gale announced her retirement from runway modeling after 15 years and walked the catwalk for the last time a few weeks later, during the David Jones winter collection launch in Sydney. The final dress she wore was the Wonder Woman outfit she was to wear in the unreleased film Justice League of America. Gale ended Alex Perry's Melbourne Fashion Festival 2011 show in March 2011.
